Fish do still bite during this time of year but are often in different locations and in deeper, cooler water than usual.
Going out early in the morning to fish may also help your success.
Also Terry talks about cold fronts and how they can be productive times to catch fish.
A slow and subtle approach can often entice these negative feeders during this time period.
