Six Local Players Selected for Minnesota Football Showcase
Six local high school seniors have been selected to play in this weekend’s high school all-star football game.
The Minnesota Showcase game features players from across the state split into two teams- North and South.
The six local players picked for the North team are Cooper quarterback Joe Russell and Hawks’ running back Camden Royal, Maple Grove defensive end Mason South, Armstrong defensive back Jordan McClom, Park Center linebacker Ismael Kante, and Champlin Park defensive back Darius Givance.
The game is Saturday at noon at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
