Signing Day for Local Athletes
It is signing day for the fall period for local college bound athletes.
NCAA letters of intent could be signed starting Wednesday morning.
Park Center, Osseo, Wayzata, Hopkins, Champlin Park, and Armstrong had ceremonies.
Paige Bueckers of Hopkins signed for women’s basketball at Connecticut.
Dain Dainja of Park Center signed his letter to play basketball at Baylor.
Wayzata had 19 athletes in all sign in a variety of sports.
Three Osseo volleyball players were among the eight athletes honored at their school.
