Section 6 Nordic Ski Highlights
The Section 6 Nordic ski meet featured varying conditions, with the weather changing rapidly through the later races.
Wayzata won the boys team title, with second place Armstrong also qualifying for the state meet.
Daniel McCollor of Wayzata won the boys pursuit title.
Sydney Drevlow of Hopkins won the girls pursuit title.
St. Louis Park won the girls team title.
Wayzata and Hopkins tied for second, with Wayzata winning a tiebreaker to advance to state.
Hopkins did petition to the Minnesota State High School League that the most updated tiebreaking procedure was not followed; they are awaiting word on that protest.
