Ryan Saunders Named Timberwolves Head Coach
Ryan Saunders is officially the Minnesota Timberwolves head coach.
Saunders’ hiring was announced at a news conference at Target Center Tuesday morning.
Saunders is a 2004 graduate of Wayzata High School and played basketball for the Trojans.
His wife, mother, sisters, and grandmother were among those in attendance at the news conference.
Ryan follows in the footsteps of his father, the late Flip Saunders, as Timberwolves head coach.
