Robins PI Adapted Softball Beats Osseo in Season Opener
The Robbinsdale-Hopkins-Mound-Westonka Robins PI division adapted softball team pulled away for a 14-4 win in five innings over Osseo in the season opener.
Osseo, which represents all three District 279 high schools, scored three runs in the top of the first inning to grab a 3-0 lead.
The Robins answered with four in the bottom of the first to go up 4-3.
After Osseo tied it 4-4 in the top of the third, the Robins scored the last ten runs.
