Robins CI Adapted Softball Loses Season Opener
The Robbinsdale-Hopkins-Mound-Westonka Robins CI division adapted softball team lost its season opener 19-4 to the St. Cloud Crush Monday.
After St. Cloud scored the maximum five runs in the top of the first, the Robins responded with four in the bottom of the first to pull within 5-4. St. Cloud though kept scoring, getting five in the second and five in the third to pull away.
The Robins are back in action Tuesday at White Bear Lake.
