Rebels take down Park Center in boys Basketball
It isn’t the dominant team they had last season, but Champlin Park is coming on strong in boys basketball. The Rebels beat Park Center 86-81 Friday night.
Josiah Strong broke his career high for the second time in a week with a 36-point outing, and Bennett Otto added 27 for the Rebels.
Champlin Park came right back with another solid effort Saturday, beating Wayzata 89-84 in overtime at St. Michael-Albertville. Otto had 36 points in that game.
Champlin Park is now 12-5 entering this week.
