Providence Academy Girls Basketball Moves Into 5AA Final
The Providence Academy girls’ basketball team routed Annandale 84-51 Tuesday to advance to Friday night’s Section 5AA final.
Brooke Hohenecker scored 23 points and Maddyn Greenway 22 to lead the Lions. Three other players scored between nine and 11 points.
Providence Academy (26-2) has not lost since December 3rd and now faces Holy Family (13-16) in the 5AA final Friday evening at Augsburg University in Minneapolis.
The Lions are the defending state champions in Class AA.
