Providence Academy Football Routs Richfield

The Providence Academy football team routed Richfield 45-20 for their second win of the season Friday.

The Lions scored three touchdowns in the first quarter to take a commanding 21-0 lead.

They built a 33-13 halftime lead.

Keyshawn Johnson and Jake Meissner each returned a kickoff for a touchdown in the first half.

They also each rushed for over 100 yards and two touchdowns.

Providence is a co-op with Maranatha Christian Academy, Heritage Christian Academy, and West Lutheran.
