Providence Academy Football Loses to Litchfield
The Providence Academy football team lost in the Section 3AAA semifinals, falling 17-14 to Litchfield.
Jacob Meissner scored two touchdowns for the Lions who lost their only game of the season.
Providence built a 14-3 lead in the third quarter only to see the Dragons rally.
Litchfield quarterback Logan King scored the game-winning touchdown on a four-yard run with 22 seconds left in the fourth quarter.
Providence finishes the season with an 8-1 record.
