Prep Football Training Camp Report: Hopkins
Our prep football training camp report today features the Hopkins Royals.
Hopkins was 4-5 last season, and they are eager to better that mark this fall.
They had a good summer of workouts, with a high commitment level.
The Royals have good team speed, including some members of the school’s state championship boys track team.
Linebacker R.J. Chakolis is a junior in his third varsity season.
He’ll lead the defense and will also see some time at running back.
The Royals should have strong running game, with A.J. Campbell among the featured backs.
Hopkins opens the season at Apple Valley August 29th.
