Chauncy Williams-Barefield is the new head coach at Brooklyn Center.
He was the Centaurs’ offensive coordinator the past two seasons.
Brooklyn Center has an interesting mix of youth and experience.
They have just a few seniors, but a lot of their juniors and sophomores played varsity ball last season.
Brooklyn Center opens the season Thursday against St. Paul Humboldt.
