Prep Bowl Moves to December for 2022
The Minnesota State High School League announced Tuesday that this year’s Prep Bowl has been pushed back one week.
The Prep Bowl is a two-day event, featuring championship games in all seven of Minnesota’s football classes.
Games are usually split- four games one day and three the other- between the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving.
But because the Minnesota Vikings are hosting the New England Patriots on Thanksgiving night, the decision was made to move the games back one week.
The state semifinals in all classes will still be played November 17-19.
