PlayBall Minnesota Baseball: Metro West Edges Metro North
At the PlayBall Minnesota baseball all-star series, Metro West edged Metro North 2-0 Saturday.
Five players from the CCX viewing area played for Metro West and two for Metro North.
Metro West scored in the first inning on a fielder’s choice.
They added another run in the top of the seventh.
Strong pitching and defense kept Metro North in check the rest of the way.
