Park Center, Wayzata Boys Basketball Teams Move into Semis
Top seed Park Center and defending champion Wayzata moved into the semifinals of the state class AAAA boys basketball tournament.
Park Center got a tough test in a 74-60 win over Andover, while Wayzata blew past Moorhead 71-28 in the quarterfinals Tuesday.
The tournament shifts from Target Center to Williams Arena for the semifinals and finals.
Park Center meets fourth seed Eastview in the first semifinal Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
Wayzata faces Cretin-Derham Hall in a rematch of last year’s championship game at 8:00 Thursday night.
