Park Center Volleyball Falls in Four Sets to Coon Rapids

After a thrilling win over rival Osseo on Monday, the Park Center volleyball team lost in four sets to Coon Rapids Wednesday.

The Pirates won the first set 25-22 before losing a close second set 28-26.

The Cardinals won sets 3 and 4 by 25-17 and 25-16 scores.

Park Center (1-12) finishes the season Thursday night against Anoka.

The high school volleyball, and football,  season ends Friday night because of a new mandate from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz putting a four-week hold on all high school and youth sports.
