Park Center Girls Basketball Rallies Past Maple Grove
The Park Center girls basketball team rallied past Maple Grove for a 69-65 win Tuesday.
Park Center is in first place in the West division of the Northwest Suburban Conference, while Maple Grove leads the North.
Park Center had a one-point lead at halftime, but Maple Grove surged ahead by double figures in the second half.
The Pirates stormed back down the stretch to pull out the victory.
Adalia McKenzie scored 30 points to lead Park Center, with Alivia McGill scoring 16 and Lauren Frost 14.
Abby Schulte had 22 to lead Maple Grove.
Park Center is now 22-3 and Maple Grove is 20-5.
