Park Center Boys Basketball Pulls Away to Beat Spring Lake Park
It wasn’t easy, but the Park Center boys basketball team pulled away late to beat Spring Lake Park in the Section 5AAAA semifinals Tuesday night at Maple Grove High School.
The underdog Panthers led for part of the first half before Park Center took a one-point lead into halftime.
The game stayed close until the final minutes when Park Center built the margin to double figures.
6’9″ sophomore Dain Dainja had 23 points in an impressive performance to lead Park Center.
Blake Remme had 25 points for Spring Lake Park.
