Park Center, Armstrong Boys Soccer Play to 2-2 Draw
The Park Center and Armstrong boys’ soccer teams each scored twice in the first nine minutes, and then not again in the final 71 minutes as the sides played to a 2-2 draw.
James Handler scored twice for the Falcons to give them a brief 2-0 lead before the Pirates quickly answered with goals from Adahir Brito Salgado and Isaac Neekpo, tying the match at two.
Each team had scoring chances throughout the rest of the night but couldn’t score again.
The Pirates’ record is now 3-1-2; the Falcons are 1-2-2.
