Paige Bueckers off to Great Start at UConn
Picking up where she left off last season in high school, Paige Bueckers is off to a great start in her college basketball career.
The 2020 Hopkins High School graduate is leading the University of Connecticut women’s basketball team in scoring, assists and steals.
UConn (6-0) is currently ranked 4th in the nation.
Bueckers is averaging 18.2 points and five steals per game.
The Huskies’ freshman won various awards her senior year at Hopkins including national high school player of the year.
UConn faces 7th-ranked Baylor in its next game on January 7th.
