OverSpeed Skating Program Sharpens Skills
The OverSpeed skating program run by Armstrong-Cooper boys hockey coach Dan Charleston sharpens skills for local players.
The camp runs Monday and Wednesday evenings from late July to late August.
Skating is the top priority; much of the time pucks are nowhere to be found.
Charleston says the idea is to get skaters out of their comfort zone to improve their burst, change of direction, and stamina.
