Osseo Tops Champlin Park in 5AAAA Boys Basketball Semifinal
The Osseo boys basketball team advanced to the Section 5AAAA championship game with a 78-66 win over Champlin Park in the semifinals.
The Orioles led 40-34 at halftime with the Rebels getting as close as one point in the second half but Osseo held its lead.
The Orioles (22-6) play at top-seeded Maple Grove (22-6) Friday at 7:00 pm for the section title.
Champlin Park finishes its season with a record of 13-15.
