Osseo-Park Center Girls Hockey Off to Strong Start
The Osseo-Park Center girls hockey team is playing well early this season.
The Stars enter Thursday night’s game with a 2-0 record, with both wins coming by identical 8-1 scores.
Hailey Eikos is dominating so far, with seven goals and four assists in the two wins.
OPC graduated all of its top line from last season, which accounted for about 60 percent of the scoring.
They are leaning heavily on three senior defensemen, including Eikos, early this season.
After two home games, the Stars are on the road the rest of this week, facing Mounds View-Irondale Thursday and Hopkins-Park Saturday.
