Osseo Legion Baseball Preps for State Tournament
The Osseo Post 172 American Legion baseball team is headed back to the state tournament after battling through some nailbiters in the Sub-State 10 tournament.
Osseo beat Buffalo 1-0 in the final to cap an unbeaten run through the tournament that was anything but easy.
Prior to that final game Osseo edged Wayzata and Buffalo in extra-inning contests.
Osseo (19-5) starts play in the state tournament Thursday morning at 10:00 against Farmington at St. Michael-Albertville High School.
