Osseo Legion Baseball Loses 1-0 to Rogers
It was mostly pitching and defense as the Osseo Post 172 American Legion baseball team lost 1-0 to Rogers in North Hennepin League play Tuesday.
Rogers scored the game’s only run in the top of the fourth inning on an RBI groundout by Finn Greenlund.
Greenlund and reliever Carson Brummer combined to pitch a shutout for Rogers.
A key double play in the bottom of the fourth helped preserve the win for the Royals.
Osseo also lost 5-0 to Elk River later in the evening.
