Osseo Football Falls Just Short Against Blaine
The Osseo football team fell just short in a 14-13 loss to Blaine Thursday afternoon in their regular season finale.
Owen Dukowitz scored in the first quarter for Osseo, but they trailed 14-7 after one quarter.
Devin Williams scored in the second but the extra point try was missed, leaving the Orioles trailing 14-13 at the half.
The defenses for both teams made a lot of plays in the second half, and a late Osseo field goal try for the win was wide.
Osseo finishes the regular season with a 4-4 mark. They play at Wayzata in the first round of the class AAAAAA playoffs.
