Osseo Falls to Farmington in State Legion Baseball Championship, Still Qualifies for Regionals
After starting the American Legion Baseball State Tournament with a loss, Osseo Post 172 rattled off four straight wins to advance to the state championship but fell to Farmington in the title game, 2-1.
Even with the loss, Osseo still qualifies for the Central Plains Regionals, which will take place later this week in Fargo, North Dakota.
Osseo scored their only run in the bottom of the third inning off an RBI single from Gavyn Krzoska. Farmington answered back with two runs in the fourth.
