Osseo Boys Hockey Skates Past Coon Rapids
The Osseo boys hockey team skated past Coon Rapids for a 10-3 win Saturday night at Dick Vraa Arena.
The Orioles broke open a close game with five goals in the second period on the way to their first win of the season.
Osseo’s first line was dominant.
Daniel Ellingson had four goals and two assists, with Cade Wessman adding two goals and five assists and Jack Pojar two goals and four assists.
The win evens Osseo’s record at 1-1 after a loss to Blaine.
The Orioles’ scheduled game Thursday against Totino-Grace has been postponed.
Osseo plays Spring Lake Park Saturday at Fogerty Arena in Blaine.
