Osseo Baseball Eliminated by Mounds View in Section 5AAAA
After beating Spring Lake Park in an elimination game the Osseo baseball team fell 4-1 to Mounds View in the Section 5AAAA tournament Tuesday, eliminating the Orioles.
Osseo scored first in the bottom of the first inning but didn’t generate much offense against Mounds view pitcher Andrew Gette, who allowed three hits in a complete game effort.
Mounds View scored two runs in the third and two more in the fourth to take the lead for good.
Mounds View advances to the final round Thursday to face Rogers.
