Northwest Suburban Conference Nordic Skiing
Local skiers and teams fared well at the Northwest Suburban Conference Nordic ski championship meet.
Champlin Park won the boys team title, with Maple Grove second and Armstrong third.
Roger Anderson of Armstrong was the medalist on the boys side.
Maple Grove captured the girls team title. Armstrong placed third.
Christina Bolcer of Maple Grove took first place, with Sophia Pung of Armstrong second.
Section meets are next week.
