North Woods Rolls Past Heritage Christian at State
Cade Goggleye’s 23 points helped lead the North Woods boys basketball team to a 74-36 win over Heritage Christian Academy in the quarterfinals of the State Class A tournament. The Eagles are playing in the state tournament for the first time in school history. Heritage fell behind 9-2 early in the first half and never recovered. The Eagles (13-19) also lost Friday in the state consolation bracket 57-30 to Rushford-Peterson.
