National Letter of Intent Signing Day
Wednesday marked one of the NCAA’s National Letter of Intent signing days, when high school seniors can commit in writing to colleges for athletics.
Both Maple Grove and Wayzata High Schools hosted large ceremonies before school Wednesday for athletes in various sports including baseball, basketball, cross country, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field, and volleyball.
The next big NLI day comes up December 21st when the early signing for football begins.
