“Minny Tour” hits local Par 3 courses
It’s a chance for young golfers to get into the game. The Minnesota PGA is sponsoring the “Minny Tour” this summer on Minnesota par-3 courses. The tour is for golfers ages 7 to 12 with little or no competitive golf experience. The events are nine-hole tournaments and a local stop at New Hope Village Green last Friday with another one-day tournament scheduled for Tuesday at Rush Creek in Maple Grove.
