Maple Grove Youth Football Celebrates 15 Years
The Maple Grove Youth Football Association is celebrating its 15th year this fall.
Friday at the Maple Grove-Eden Prairie high school varsity game is Dave Malenke Youth Football Night at Crimson Stadium.
The event recognizes the record-number 600 plus players enrolled in the boys’ flag and tackle programs this year and honors the memory of Dave Malenke, one of the founding members of MGYFA who passed away in 2021.
The association also has 185 girls registered in the program’s first year of girls’ flag football.
Kickoff between the Crimson and the Eagles is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
