Maple Grove Legion Baseball Loses Playoff Opener
The Maple Grove Legion baseball team fell to Andover 4-3 in the opening round of the Sub-State 11 playoffs.
The Crimson led 3-1 after the second inning, then after two separate weather delays, Andover scored three unanswered runs to advance in the winner’s bracket.
The Crimson play again at 8:00 PM Thursday night at Osseo’s Memorial Field.
The double-elimination tournament continues through Saturday.
