Maple Grove Hosting American Legion State Baseball Tournament for First Time
For the first time ever, Maple Grove will be hosting the American Legion Baseball State Tournament.
A big reason why Maple Grove will be hosting the 2024 tournament is because of the addition of Gleason Fields in May of 2023.
The turf baseball field makes it easier to manage in the chance of rain.
Osseo Memorial Field, St. Michael Lower Rec Center, and Delano Municipal Stadium will also be locations for pool play in the tournament with Gleason Fields hosting two quarterfinals plus the semifinals and championship games Saturday and Sunday.
