Maple Grove Girls Swimming Wins Section
The Maple Grove girls swimming team won the Section 8AA title Saturday.
The Crimson outdistanced Buffalo and St. Michael-Albertville for the top spot.
Maple Grove won just two events, but superior depth carried them to the championship.
The Crimson took four of the top five places in the 500 freestyle race.
