Maple Grove Girls Swimming Progresses with New Coach
The Maple Grove girls swimming and diving team is off to a good start under new head coach Natalie Strauss and her staff.
It’s a young team, with 50 swimmers out. Ten of them are juniors and seniors with the rest 7-10th graders.
Maple Grove is 3-0 in dual meets entering Tuesday night.
They have a busy week with dual meets Tuesday (Blaine) and Thursday (Elk River) and an invitational hosted by Tartan Saturday.
Maple Grove moves from Section 8AA to 5AA for section competition this season.
