Maple Grove Girls Soccer Beats Champlin Park on Late Goal
Addie Sorbel’s header goal off Rylie Lloyd’s free kick provided the Maple Grove girls soccer team with the only goal they need Thursday in the Crimson’s 1-0 shutout of Champlin Park.
Sorbel’s goal came with just over five minutes to play in the match.
With the win Maple Grove improves their season’s record to 6-2-2 while Champlin Park is now 0-6-2.
