Maple Grove Girls Soccer Beats Blaine
The Maple Grove girls soccer team beat Blaine 6-2 in a high-scoring battle Tuesday.
The Crimson scored twice in the first ten minutes of the game and had a 2-1 lead at the half.
They added four more in the second to pull away from the Bengals.
Kelly Kloncz and Emma Fournier each had two goals for the Crimson.
Maple Grove is now 8-1-1 and ranked sixth in the state class AA poll.
