Maple Grove Girls Hockey Skates Past CP/CR
The Maple Grove girls hockey team won a battle of two of the top teams in the Northwest Suburban Conference, beating Champlin Park/Coon Rapids 5-3.
Bella Shipley scored two goals and added an assist while Grace Erickson netted one goal with three assists for the Crimson.
Maple Grove is now 6-1 overall on the season, 4-0 in the NWSC.
The Bluebirds drop to 6-2, 2-1 in the conference.
