Maple Grove Girls Basketball Wins Section 5AAA Semi
The Maple Grove girls’ basketball team outscored Mounds View 28-7 in the second half to win their semifinal round game 52-25 in the Section 5AAAA tournament.
Kennedy Klick led the Crimson in scoring with 16 points while Jordan Ode netted 10 as the Crimson broke open what had been just a six-point Crimson lead at halftime.
Maple Grove (24-4) now faces Roseville (18-10) in the section championship game Friday at 7:00 pm at Anoka High School in a game you can watch live on CCX.
The Raiders beat the Crimson in the 2022 5AAAA final.
