Maple Grove Girls Basketball Team Sharpens Skills
The Maple Grove girls basketball team is hard at work, even in July.
High school coaches can work with their players in June and July.
Crimson head coach Mark Cook says this is the biggest group he’s worked with in the summer.
Cook says the summer training program has evolved from when he started.
More weight room work and other tweaks have helped the program grow into a consistent winner.
Older players are helping young ones hone their skills too.
