Maple Grove Girls Basketball Set for Big Season
The Maple Grove girls basketball team is set for what should be a big season.
The Crimson returns several key players from a 24-5 team that lost to Roseville in the Section 5AAAA championship game.
Guards Kennedy Klick, a senior, and sophomore Jordan Ode averaged in double figures scoring last season.
Frontcourt players Claire Stern and Audrey Kormann also are back.
Maple Grove’s season opener against Wayzata scheduled for Tuesday night was postponed due to the snowstorm.
The game will now be played Wednesday night at Maple Grove.
