Maple Grove Girls Basketball Races Past Osseo
A veteran Maple Grove girls basketball team dominated against a very young Osseo squad for a 67-35 win Wednesday night at Osseo.
The Crimson jumped out to an 8-0 lead and were never really threatened from there.
Maple Grove starts four seniors and a junior, while Osseo had three sophomores and two freshmen in the starting lineup.
Jordyn Lamker led a balanced attack with 15 points for Maple Grove, with Kylie Baranick netting 13 and Sophia Kormann 10.
Ava Holman scored 12 and Aalayah Wilson 11 for Osseo.
Maple Grove improved to 2-0 with the win. Osseo fell to 0-2.
