Maple Grove Girls Basketball Excited to Push the Pace this Season
The Maple Grove girls’ basketball team tips off its season this week with a smaller, but perhaps quicker, team this year.
The Crimson graduated some good size, and talent, from last year in Kennedy Klick and Audrey Kormann but return starters Jordan Ode and Claire Stern. Stern has committed to play college basketball at North Dakota State.
With the 35-second shot clock in play this year, Maple Grove expects their team to push their tempo of play this season.
The Crimson play their season opener at Wayzata Tuesday night in a game you can watch live on CCX.
