The Maple Grove girls basketball team set the tone early, jumping out to a 10-0 lead on the way to a dominating 86-40 victory over Centennial.
The Crimson had a 48-17 lead at halftime over their longtime rival for Northwest Suburban Conference supremacy.
Jordan Ode had 22 points to lead Maple Grove, with Kate Holmquist adding 19.
Maple Grove is now 8-2 and rated third in class AAAA.
