Maple Grove Football Season Preview
The Maple Grove football team has set high expectations for this season, and with good reason. The Crimson finished 7-3 a year ago and return 17 starters- 9 on offense and 8 on defense.
Six Maple Grove seniors are Division One commits. Nathan Hromadka, Chuck Langama and Michael Wagner are all committed to the University of North Dakota. Dylan Vokal and Jacob Wrbanek are headed to North Dakota State while Bo Draheim will play next year at Cornell.
Adam Spurrell takes over as the Maple Grove head coach after spending the past 19 years as an assistant.
The Crimson open the season August 29th at Osseo (6:00 pm) in a game you can watch live on CCX.
