Maple Grove Football Routs Osseo in Season Opener
The Maple Grove football team scored 29 third quarter points to pull away from Osseo to beat the Orioles 45-7 in the season opener for both teams.
Jordan Olagbachi and Charlie Rausch each rushed for two touchdowns—part of a 404 yard offensive night for the Crimson– and their defense forced three fumbles.
BJ Zakiel scored the lone touchdown for Osseo.
Maple Grove plays at Totino-Grace next Friday while Osseo hosts Mounds View next Thursday in the Orioles’ home opener.
